Sales Volume in the top 2% nationwide
Born on a ranch in Cheyenne, Wyoming, Candace went on to develop a career in Immunohematology in Arizona and then San Francisco. After serving several years as a supervisor in blood banks in both San Francisco and Chicago, Candace left medicine to pursue her love of coffee and desire for independence to open the first coffee house in Chicago's Gold Coast. Over a period of 14 years, she designed and operated a total of 9 successful coffee houses.
At the same time, she and her husband bought and rehabbed vintage houses in Chicago and the North Shore, and eventually Candace realized that her major interest was real estate. She is currently an Illinois Broker and member of the Illinois Board of Realtors, and the National Board of Realtors. She is a top producer in the largest real estate office in Evanston. She has been awarded the Coldwell Banker President's Circle and Diamond Society Awards for sales volume in the top 2% nationally for many consecutive years.
She has lived on the North Shore for 27 years and currently resides in Evanston
with her husband and two children. Bringing together her diverse talents, Candace has been very successful helping her clients buy and sell their homes on the North Shore and in her old Chicago neighborhoods.
